In Australia, the Apollo Go is speed-limited to 25 km/h to comply with local regulations, and reaches up to 45 km/h on private property. A man can take it up and down stairs easily, a woman not so much. That's the only downside.

Great Scooter! Light and very portable for a dual motor unit. The ride is surprisingly smooth over bumps with the small tires. I have a Segway Max g3 and it rattles over bumps because of the plastic parts. The go is mostly metal and silent.
