Official Terms and Conditions

Promotion Overview

• Name: Black Friday Daily Draw
• Sponsor: Apollo Scooters, 3800 Saint Patrick, Suite 301–302, Montréal, QC, H4E 1A4, Canada
• Promotion Period: The giveaway runs from October 28, 2025, to December 3, 2025, beginning at 12:01 AM (PST) on the first day and ending at 11:59 PM (PST) on the last day.
• Prize Description: Each day during the Promotion Period, one (1) eligible customer will be randomly selected to receive a full reimbursement of their order total (the “Prize”).

Eligibility

• Participants must be legal residents of the United States, Canada or Australia. 

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Apollo Scooters, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• There is no minimum order value required to qualify.

• The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
  
  

Entry Conditions

• Eligible participants are automatically entered into the daily draw when they place an order on Apollo Scooters’ official website (https://apolloscooters.co/ or https://apolloscooters.ca) during the Promotion Period.

• If a customer places multiple orders during the promotion, only their first order will be eligible for entry.

• Each participant is limited to one (1) entry total for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of orders placed.

• Repeat winners are not permitted — once a participant has won, they are ineligible for future draws during this giveaway period.

• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned before the end of the Promotion Period are ineligible for entry or for receiving a prize.

• Apollo Scooters reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of manipulating the draw including placing and cancelling multiple orders, using multiple accounts, or submitting fraudulent entries.
  
  

Black Friday Daily Draw Terms

Daily Draw Platform: The winner will be randomly selected among all eligible entries received each day using Google Sheets.

Process: At the end of each day during the Promotion Period, all eligible orders placed within that day’s PST hours will be compiled into a Google Sheets document. Each entry (email address associated with an order) will be assigned a unique number. Using the RandBetween formula, a random number will be generated. The email corresponding to that number will be selected as the daily winner.

Giveaway Date: The random drawing to select each daily winner will occur within 24 hours after the end of that day’s entry period.  Entries submitted on the weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) will have winners selected the following Monday.

Winner Notification and Prize Claiming

• The winner will be notified via email using the address associated with their order.

• The winner must reply within forty eight (48) hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize.

• Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture, and another winner may be selected.

• Once confirmed, the Prize will be issued within 24 hours via the original payment method.

Important Notices

Chance to Win: Entering the daily draw does not guarantee winning the Prize; it only provides a chance to win the Prize.

Binding Agreement: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all rules and decisions of Apollo Scooters which shall be final and binding. In addition, participants also agree to be bound by and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Liability and Indemnity

Entry Failures: Apollo Scooters will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Apollo Scooters takes no responsibility for any entries that are (a) late, lost, delayed, illegible, misdirected, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (c) errors in transmission; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Apollo Scooters that may cause the daily draw to be disrupted or corrupted; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, or from participation in the giveaway; or (f) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the giveaway. Apollo Scooters reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion and discretion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these rules or the Terms and Conditions of Apollo Scooter’s website where the entry form is accessible, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Liability Limitation: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apollo Scooter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

No Consequential Damages: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apollo Scooters shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the daily draw or any Prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant, even if such cost, expense, loss, or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Apollo Scooters.

Disclaimer: EXCEPT FOR THE MANUFACTURER’S STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY RELATED TO THE PRIZE, THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUALITY, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.

Indemnification: APOLLO SCOOTERS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR, AND AS CONDITIONS OF RECEIVING A PRIZE, SHALL BE AFFIRMATIVELY RELEASED AND INDEMNIFIED BY PARTICIPANTS AGAINST ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, JUDGMENTS, SETTLEMENTS, INTEREST, PENALTIES, FINES, COSTS OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) RELATED TO: (A) ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES RELATED TO A PRIZE OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH HEREIN; AND (B) USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, INCLUDING ANY VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAW IN CONNECTION WITH THE SAME.

Additional Requirements: Winners may also be required to sign and return an agreement further restricting use of winnings to the Prize, a Release of Liability, Declaration of Eligibility, and/or Parental Consent as conditions of receiving a Prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of the Prize.

Prize Conditions

Non-Negotiable: Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Apollo Scooters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute that Prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

Winner Information: The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to Apollo Scooters if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Right to Modify: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Apollo Scooter’s reasonable control, Apollo Scooter’s reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the daily draw, either in whole or in part, with or without notice and in Apollo Scooter’s sole discretion.

Final Decisions

Binding Decisions: All decisions made by Apollo Scooters regarding the administration of the daily draw, including eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfillment, are final and binding on all participants.

Disputes: As a condition of participating in the daily draw, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connection with this giveaway, shall be resolved exclusively before a court located in Montréal, Quebec, Canada having competent jurisdiction.
