Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, of Canada, and of Australia. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their province, state or territory of residence if older, at the time of entry.

Employees of Apollo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

Orders placed by residents of New York or Florida, or by anyone else who is not eligible, are not entered in the Promotion. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both go into the same pool for that Draw Period and have an equal chance of being selected.

A. Purchase entry. Place a Qualifying Order during a Draw Period and you are entered automatically in that Draw Period. A "Qualifying Order" is an order paid in full that includes at least one (1) Apollo electric scooter, placed on apolloscooters.co, apolloscooters.ca or apolloscooters.au.

  • A pre-order is a Qualifying Order once it is paid in full. It is entered in the Draw Period in which full payment is captured.

  • $1 reservations and other deposits are not Qualifying Orders. These customers may use the free entry.

  • Orders for accessories or parts only are not Qualifying Orders. These customers may use the free entry.

  • Orders placed through third-party retailers or marketplaces, including Amazon and Best Buy, are not Qualifying Orders.

B. Free entry (no purchase necessary). Visit apolloscooters.co/black-friday-early-access-apollo-scooters, apolloscooters.ca/black-friday-early-access-apollo-scooters, or apolloscooters.au/black-friday-early-access-apollo-scooters during a Draw Period and submit the entry form with your first and last name, email address, country, and province, state or territory. Subscribing to Apollo marketing emails is optional and is not required to enter.

Limits. Each person may receive one (1) entry for the entire Promotion Period, whether by purchase entry or free entry, and may participate in only one (1) Draw Period. Once an email address is included in the pool for a Draw Period, it is removed from all later Draw Periods, and any later orders or entry forms using that email address will not create a new entry. If you place more than one Qualifying Order, only your first counts.

Void entries. Orders cancelled, refunded or returned before the winner is drawn are not eligible. Incomplete, late or automated entries are void. Apollo may disqualify anyone it reasonably believes has used multiple email addresses or accounts, placed and cancelled orders to gain entries, or otherwise tampered with the entry process. The authorized account holder of the email address used to enter is deemed the entrant.

Prizes

One (1) prize is awarded per Draw Period, seven (7) in total. The prize depends on how the winning entry was made.

Approximate retail value (ARV)

Purchase entry

The winner chooses one of: (a) a refund of the price of one (1) Apollo scooter in the Qualifying Order, as shown on Apollo's website at the time of the order, excluding taxes; or (b) one (1) free Apollo Go electric scooter. If the order includes more than one scooter, the highest-priced scooter is refunded. Accessories, parts, shipping, taxes and other items are not refunded.

(a) Equal to the scooter price, up to US$2,699 / CA$3,799 / A$3,999; or (b) US$749 / CA$999 / A$1,299 (incl. GST)

Free entry

One (1) free Apollo Go electric scooter.

US$749 / CA$999 / A$1,299 (incl. GST)

An Apollo Go prize is supplied in a colour and configuration at Apollo's discretion and shipped free to the winner's address in their country of residence.

Total ARV of all prizes is up to CA$26,593 (approximately US$19,000). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each Draw Period.

The Draw

Within twenty-four (24) hours after each Draw Period closes, Apollo will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible purchase and free entries received in that Draw Period, across the United States, Canada and Australia.

All eligible entries for the Draw Period are compiled into a single list, each is assigned a unique number, and a copy of the list is saved before the draw. A single random number is then generated using the RANDBETWEEN function in Google Sheets, and the entry matching that number is the potential winner. Each draw is screen-recorded, and the recording and saved list are kept on file.

If a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits, Apollo may draw an alternate from the remaining eligible entries for the same Draw Period, using the same method. A person may win only once during the Promotion; previous winners are not eligible for later draws.

Winner Notification and Prize Claiming

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used for the order or entry form, on the day the winner is drawn. To claim the prize, they must reply within forty-eight (48) hours, tell Apollo which prize they choose (purchase entries only), and complete any required Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability.

Canadian residents: before being declared a winner, a Canadian potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Apollo by email or phone.

If the potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, does not complete the required documents, or (in Canada) does not answer the skill-testing question correctly, the prize is forfeited and an alternate may be drawn.

Apollo will confirm the winner within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the completed claim. Once the winner is confirmed:

  • a refund prize is initiated within twenty-four (24) hours to the original payment method (timing of the credit depends on the payment provider);

  • an Apollo Go prize ships within Apollo's standard shipping times for in-stock scooters to the winner's address in their country of residence.

Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except that a refund prize is itself paid back to the original payment method. If a prize becomes unavailable, Apollo may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  • A purchase-entry winner who chooses the refund keeps the scooter and everything else in their order. Once the scooter is refunded as a prize, it is no longer eligible for return or refund under Apollo's return policy; other items in the order keep their normal return terms. A purchase-entry winner who chooses the Apollo Go keeps their order on its normal terms. The standard manufacturer's warranty applies to every scooter.

  • If Apollo has already refunded part of the scooter's price (for example under the Black Friday price guarantee), the refund prize is reduced by that amount.

  • Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize and any costs not stated in these rules. Apollo may require a US winner to provide tax information and may issue a tax form where required by law.

  • Prizes ship only to an address in the winner's country of residence.

General Conditions

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize the winner agrees that Apollo may publish their first name, last initial and city or province/state, and with separate consent their photo or video, on its website, emails and social channels without further compensation. Nothing is published until the winner is confirmed.

Privacy. Personal information collected is used to run the Promotion, contact winners and fulfil prizes, as described in Apollo's Privacy Policy. Entrants receive marketing emails only if they separately opt in, and may unsubscribe at any time.

Release and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release Apollo and its affiliates from liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from participation or from accepting or using a prize, to the extent permitted by law. Apollo is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Nothing in these rules excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Code of Québec and the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes. If the Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Apollo's reasonable control, Apollo may cancel, modify or suspend it, subject to any required regulatory approval, including from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in Quebec.

Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where local law gives entrants the benefit of their own jurisdiction's laws.

Decisions and disputes. Apollo's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding. Disputes are resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Montréal, Quebec, Canada, except where local law gives entrants the right to proceed in their own jurisdiction.

Quebec residents. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Language. These rules are available in English and French. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails for Quebec residents.

Contact and winners list. Questions, or requests for the names of winners, may be sent to [email protected] or by mail to the Sponsor address above. A log of confirmed winners is posted at in www.apolloscooters.au/pages/black-friday-2026-winners
