Apollo Mile Madness — Summer Riding Challenge 2026

Promotion Overview

Name: Apollo Mile Madness (#AMM26)

Sponsor: Apollo Scooters, 3800 Saint Patrick, Suite 301–302, Montréal, QC, H4E 1A4, Canada

Promotion Period: The Challenge runs from June 10, 2026 at 12:01 AM (EST) to July 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST).

Prize Structure:

• Daily Prize: One (1) branded Apollo hoodie (approximate retail value: $75 USD / $100 CAD / $115 AUD), awarded each day of the Promotion Period to a randomly selected eligible participant who has submitted an eligible #AMM26 post that day.

• Weekly Prize: One (1) Apollo store gift card valued at $500 USD / $500 CAD / $750 AUD (currency determined by the winner’s country of residence), awarded each week to the participant who recorded the most kilometres during that weekly period.

• Grand Prize: One (1) Apollo Pro electric scooter — a limited, retired model no longer available for purchase, with a last known retail value of $2,449 USD / $3,299 CAD / $5,799 AUD — awarded via random draw at the end of the Promotion Period to any eligible participant who has logged a minimum of 100 km during the Challenge.

Eligibility

• Participants must be legal residents of the United States, Canada, or Australia.

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Participants must own an Apollo scooter and have the Apollo app installed on their mobile device.

• Employees of Apollo Scooters, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• No purchase is necessary to participate. Entry is free via the Apollo app.

• The promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Entry Conditions

Opt-In:

• Eligible participants must opt in to the Challenge through the Apollo app by tapping the "Join the Challenge" button at any point during the Promotion Period.

• Opting in is free and takes approximately 30 seconds. No purchase is required.

• Each participant is limited to one (1) account and one (1) opt-in.

Earning Entries:

• Once opted in, participants earn entries for the daily hoodie draw by sharing a photo, video, or ride post tagged with #AMM26 on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Reddit. One (1) post per day constitutes one (1) daily entry.

• For the weekly prize, ranking is based on total kilometres recorded via the Apollo app during each weekly period (Monday 12:01 AM EST to Sunday 11:59 PM EST). The participant with the most recorded kilometres that week wins the gift card.

• For the grand-prize draw, participants must log a minimum cumulative total of 100 km during the full Promotion Period via the Apollo app to be eligible.

• All ride data used for the Challenge must be recorded through the official Apollo app. Manually entered or third-party recorded rides are not eligible.

• The 2× Amps (Apollo Amplified loyalty points) bonus applies automatically to every ride recorded in the app during the Promotion Period for all opted-in participants.

Restrictions:

• Repeat winners of the daily prize are not permitted — once a participant has won a daily hoodie, they are ineligible for future daily draws but remain eligible for the weekly and grand prizes.

• Apollo Scooters reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of manipulating ride data, using multiple accounts, or submitting fraudulent entries or posts.

Draw Mechanics

Daily Hoodie Draw

• Platform: Google Sheets (random selection using the RANDBETWEEN formula).

• Process: At the end of each day, all eligible #AMM26 posts submitted within that day’s EST hours will be compiled. Each entry will be assigned a unique number, and a random number will be generated to select the winner.

• Draw Timing: Draws will occur within 24 hours after the close of each day’s entry period. Posts made on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be drawn the following Monday.

Weekly Leaderboard Prize

• The participant who records the most kilometres via the Apollo app during a given weekly period wins the gift card for that week.

• Leaderboard resets every Monday at 12:01 AM EST.

• In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the participant who reached the tied distance first, based on ride timestamps recorded in the Apollo app.

Grand Prize Draw

• All participants who have logged a minimum of 100 km during the full Promotion Period are eligible for the grand-prize draw.

• The grand-prize winner will be selected by random draw after the close of the Promotion Period (after July 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST).

• The grand prize is a random draw — every eligible participant has an equal chance of winning regardless of total kilometres logged beyond the 100 km threshold.

Winner Notification and Prize Claiming

• Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Apollo app account.

• Winners must reply to the notification email within seventy-two (72) hours of the notification being sent to confirm acceptance of their prize.

• Failure to respond within this seventy-two (72) hour window will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize. Apollo Scooters reserves the right to select an alternate winner in such cases.

• Once confirmed, prizes will be issued within five (5) business days. Gift cards will be delivered via email. Physical prizes (hoodie, Apollo Pro scooter) will be shipped to the address provided by the winner.

• Winners may be required to sign and return a Release of Liability, Declaration of Eligibility, and/or a skill-testing question answer as conditions of receiving a prize.

Special Rules for Québec Residents

This promotion is subject to the rules of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) for residents of Québec. Any random draw involving Québec residents will include a mandatory skill-testing question. The selected winner will be sent a mathematical question via email and must provide the correct answer within seventy-two (72) hours to claim their prize. French-language entry and rules are available upon request by contacting info@apolloscooters.co.

Important Notices

• Chance to Win: Entering the Challenge does not guarantee winning a prize; it only provides a chance to win.

• Binding Agreement: By opting in, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all decisions of Apollo Scooters, which shall be final and binding. Participants also agree to comply with all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local laws.

• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win any prize in this promotion.

• Odds: Odds of winning the daily draw depend on the number of eligible entries received each day. Odds of winning the weekly prize depend on kilometres recorded relative to all participants that week. Odds of winning the grand-prize draw depend on the number of eligible participants who have logged 100+ km during the Promotion Period.

User-Generated Content

By submitting posts tagged #AMM26, participants grant Apollo Scooters a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes, including on the Apollo Mile Madness landing page and Apollo’s social media channels. Apollo Scooters will moderate the #AMM26 wall and reserves the right to remove any content that is offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms without notice.

Liability and Indemnity

Entry Failures: Apollo Scooters will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries, ride data loss, or app malfunctions. Apollo Scooters takes no responsibility for entries or ride logs that are late, lost, corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise invalid due to technical failures, network issues, or events beyond Apollo Scooters’ control.

Liability Limitation: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apollo Scooters’ liability under or in connection with the Challenge shall be limited to the retail cost price of the applicable prize.

No Consequential Damages: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apollo Scooters shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage suffered by a participant in connection with the Challenge or any prize.

Disclaimer: EXCEPT FOR THE MANUFACTURER’S STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY RELATED TO ANY PRIZE, ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Indemnification: AS CONDITIONS OF RECEIVING A PRIZE, PARTICIPANTS AFFIRMATIVELY RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY APOLLO SCOOTERS AGAINST ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, COSTS OR EXPENSES RELATED TO: (A) ANY COSTS RELATED TO A PRIZE OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH HEREIN; AND (B) USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE.

Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

• Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Apollo Scooters reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value.

• Winners’ names, email addresses, and shipping addresses must be provided to Apollo Scooters to fulfil prizes.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Apollo Scooters’ reasonable control, Apollo Scooters reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Challenge, either in whole or in part, with or without notice and in Apollo Scooters’ sole discretion.

Final Decisions and Disputes

All decisions made by Apollo Scooters regarding the administration of the Challenge, including eligibility, winner selection, ride data validation, and prize fulfilment, are final and binding on all participants.

As a condition of participating, participants agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Challenge shall be resolved exclusively before a court located in Montréal, Quebec, Canada having competent jurisdiction.
